NVC is saying USCIS has not sent over case after approval

So my case was approved by the uscis and it was supposed to be sent over by uscis to nvc but it has been 3 months since the approval date, and it still has not been sent over. NVC has not sent me a case number or a welcome letter. I am confused because it has been 4 months and I've contacted both 2 months ago but no one knows anything. I started this case 4 years ago.

Which petition did you file? And did you call up the NVC for a case status? It's quite possible they sent you a notice for documentation but you never got it or responded. They may be waiting on you.
