Immigration Interview on a Visa Waiver

Hi All

I'm just trying to understand If you can attend an Immigration Interview on a Visa Waiver?

AS I have returned back to the UK for Work Purposes, and will now have to travel back to the USA for the Interview.

Immigrant visa interviews happen at the US embassy/consulate, not in the US.

Which interview are you referring to?
