When will I receive an interview appointment after being documentarily qualified??

I have i-130 f4 category family based immigration where i am expecting an interview and have been told by the NVC that you are in a queue for an interview but it has been like 45 days that I don't hear from them. I have my case in islamabad embassy and I do not know how backlogged is the embassy right now or what interview appointment dates they are right now dealing. If anybody could tell me how long to wait?
