Hello! Can someone please help me with my concerns?
I have submitted all the documents to nvc and they approved my documents and set up an interview. During the time I was waiting for them to send me documents approval letter, I moved to a different location and got a new job.
now I didn’t update any of my current status with the nvc since they have accepted my documents.
my questions are:
1. during the interview if my spouse is asked questions regarding my current job and location, should she only talk about what we have documented as my current employment status and residency?
2. Does NVC get an update of any changes in someone’s residency and employment status through database immediately even if we don’t let them know?
