CEAC processing for case

Hi All,

Since NVC is transition to paperless and using their CEAC, my case is being electronic with support uploaded via CEAC.

I cannot "submit documents" even though i have upload all my files. Is anyone having this issue? it's so annoying i can't seem to figure it out. I have tried on several computers and it doesn't respond when i click the "submit documents"

In your case, are there any devaritive applicant who has not pay fee?

All fees have been paid and i have requested NVC to take out the extra kid that was not suppose to be on the case. It is an error on their part not sure where they got the extra kid on his case. It's been almost 2 months now and when i log into CEAC it just states under review for that kid and all documents cannot be submitted even though i have uploaded the birth certificate, police report, and pictures, it won't let me click submit so annoying. NVC sure take their sweet time and when i call early 7 am eastern standard time to talk to an agent their so busy and i get the auto bot message.

i am experiencing something similar. i cannot upload any documents for my wife's case. i am following all their provided guidelines but when i press upload button for a document it gives me "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive" error. due to this i cannot upload any document. i have contacted them via email and received a generic reply on how to upload document. i work in IT and i know nothing is wrong at my end but i still tried to upload the documents using different devices and internet connections and got the same results. i am not sure what to do now

I called the NVC and waited 3 hrs and talked to the rep and she said she forward to her supervisor and i just checked in CEAC and that extra kid is still on my brother's case says "under review". I do not know why it takes NVC 7 months now to remove this error on their part. With this error, i cannot submit my documents even though i have uploaded all in February 2020. This is very frustrating, i don't know are they actually working or just collecting people's fees. Has anyone experience this before.

This is happening to my sister's case also, they put an extra kid on her case and now i cannot submit her documents and the police certificate will expire soon and i will have to tell my siblings to redue pay a fee for translation to English. This whole CEAC is very funky and not really user friendly and has so many glitches and problems.
