Hi guys,
I have filed I-130 for both of my parents and I received both approval letters from USCIS sending their file to NVC. However, only my Father is responded from NVC and he is already has the interview date. As for my Mother, nothing had heard since the approval letter. I have contacted NVC through AskNVC many times and the last contact from them was they said "they are contacting USCIS and I will let me know once they have any information". It has been 5 months since the day I received the approval letter from USCIS for my Mother. Does anybody been in this situation? Please advise. Thank you very much
