very new at this and appreciate the help and everyone sharing their experience and information.
i just became naturalized citizen and want to petition for my girlfriend/future wife to become legal alien. she is already in the country and has been for the last 10 years or so. we have 3 children.
i understand we start by filing I-130. my question is how is it determined if the I-130 is approved and how long does it usually take? the next step i understand it to be fling for a visa number?? if someone could point to me to wbsite that has this information or provide this information i would really appreciate it. thank you so much.
