Hi everyone. So I just immigrated to the USA a few days ago. However my wife and two kids didn't come with me. My brother who is a citizen filed a petition for me years ago and it finally came through. I am the primary beneficiary. My question is, how do I get my wife and kids to the US as well. I indicated on my NVC forms that my family would be joining me later. I listed their names as well.

if it's follow to join, then you must contact the Embassy and ask them to process your family's case. I'm assuming your brother list yourself and your family in his petition?--Good luck--
