Hi, I'm going to apply for USA spouse base immigrant visa but unfortunately I just get to know that I've Hepatitis B positive. Dr. said to me that my viral load (104 iu/ml) is too low this is why I don't need any Medical treatment. I want to know that will it effect on my visa approval? It can be cause of my visa denial?

Hep B is not on the list for inadmissible. As long as the physician says you're fine, it will not negatively impact your visa. Did your medical report otherwise come back "clean"?--Good luck--

Am really scared of this hepatitis b and Visa denial issue cos am also in the same shoe.
