hi everyone my IR1 visa was refused and returned to USCIS they told me on the phone they returned electronically is this new method faster way ? my question if they send it electronically how long it takes to be received to USCIS i beleive if it is electronic it would be faster ? any ideas , also what are steps for returned cases ? thank you and looking forward hearing from you
