I have filed I-130 for my wife and it got approved and recently went to the NVC and i have sent them the Support of Affidivate forms. The only problem i have is that when filing I-130, under my wife's info i put her father's name as middle name instead of mine and while her passport in india has my middle name. Would this cause any problem? Will it be okay? Please help me.

What is your current legal name? Make sure that you have documents to Indicate the reson as to why they are different... if its a case of ommission, then get the document corrected.... try to correct the document that has least impact as you may have school/birth etc with one name and passport with other.
Sometimes getting a notification from the India court to indicate that you name is Y and they are both the same person will be also good.
However the Passport is primary document have that corrected.
Does she have a Hypenated name.... how does she get your name as a middle name ? If its a Legal change then just provide the documentation.
