What will happen to my process during the corona virus pandemic?

Everything is on pause. USCIS is closed until early June. Currently, there are no new consular processing interviews being scheduled.

Is there a reason for there not being any consular interviews? The proclamation lists spouses as being exempt. If an interview was scheduled, wouldn't it go on as normal in some modified way?
