Minimum Stay Period in USA Postt Immigration Visa under parental category

I am from India
I got my Immigration Visa stamp on my Passport on 2nd March, 2020 which expires on 20th August, 2020.

What is the minimum period I have to stay in USA when I enter USA first time under Immigration Visa. I intend to enter USA before 20th August stay there as briefly as possible and then come back again with my wife whose interview is stuck due to Coronavirus lock down.

There is no minimum period. You can leave for a trip abroad the same day you enter if you want. Remember you need to maintain residence in the US and not be away for too long.
