Hi guys, my company is about to file my I-140 in premium & I-485 using cross charegibility in parallel. But recently my L1-B visa got expired and i am not sure what will happen to my L1-B extension ( Already got RFE). Assuming if i am forced to go back to India, how long does it take for me to come back to US with the green card. How long will it take for the interview appointment to happen ?.
