Hello, My mom’s I-485 got reject due to non submission of affidavit of support. I know for sure we sent it with i-485. I filed I-290 to AAO and I just got a response today. It says it’s rejected because it’s not their jurisdiction to review my case type. And submit I-290 within 33 days of initial decision. I’m so confused and I don’t know what to do now from here. My mom’s Stay already passed its allowed time. What do I do? I’m freaking out.
