Hello,
Has anyone with an approved I-140 left USA and lost their H1B but then subsequently come back with a H1B from another company using the I-140. How hard was it to find a job again in USA while out of the country. My skills are in high demand in the Silicon Valley and I am a Senior Engineer in one of the FANG companies. Will it be easy for me to get a H1B visa again once my priority date becomes current?
