Hi,
I am Expecting my Labor To be cleared by Feb 2005 and Assuming I file my I140 and Go for Consular Processing , my Interview date should be by next year march -june 2006.
the problem is my six years of H1B will be over in Jan 2006.
Please Advise if this will be a problem . and should i go for I485 instead .
