Unmaried child on lpr

My mother is a green card holder & filed for me as unmarried son(21 older) in 2014. I got married in 2018 & divorced in 2019. My case was approved in July 2020.I just wanted to know if I can continue with Visa processing because my case has been forward to NVC.

If your mother did not become a US citizen before you married, then that petition she filed is dead. (You must be in a valid category at all times, and there is no category for married children of permanent residents.) However, your mother can file a new petition for you now. (The wait would start over from now, however.)
