spouse visa help

i have got a number of questions but i will start with the info, i am a dual national British American i recently married my British wife, i am currently in the process of joining the USAF and in doing so will obviously be required to move to America thus needing a visa, i have no US address currently and from what i have read you need one in order to file for the visa which makes it rather annoying as it seems to take the best part of a year from what i am seeing so my first question is, do i need to wait until i have an address in the US before i can file for the visa or am i misinformed? my second question is once i am in the military would this make it faster/cheaper/legal help provided or anything good that would help us out? my third question is how is it best to go about all of this and my final question is exactly which is the best overall option in terms of type of visa etc

Your post is very confusing.

You said you are dual national - British American. If you are a US citizen, why do you need US visa?

I'm sorry I wrote this quite late lol. I need a visa not for myself but for my wife who is British only

How long does she want to stay in the US? And on what basis would she like to come to the US?

Or does she want to immigrate based on marriage with you?

We are looking to move out there and live for as long as I am stationed in the us so I guess the immigrant spouse visa
