Did you receive separate letter for your mother and Father?

Enrolled new user for first parent, after I completed their information, there was a pop up window asking to add additional member, so added spouse. I recall for spouse, they asked for DS-260 #. No error messages.
Please note My parents each have their own case IDs, DS-260s and Alien A#.
Each received their interview letter via email. They do not send physical mail per my understanding.
However for VAC Biometric I was able to register both under one User ID and received their Appointment letter immediately after confirmation when I opted for email.

My parents DQ August 2020. And they're still waiting for their interview. My father application did have an issue which was resolved in September 2021. But my mother's application has been clear, and been in NVC this whole time. Can someone please let me know when they can expect their interviews? It will really be helpful.

Dear Crybaby123, if your mother’s DQ date was August 2020, she should have already got the IL. You must take up the issue with the NVC immediately. The only way to get a response is through their enquiry portal.
Generally the beneficiaries whose priority dates are same are called for the Interview together. Please investigate.

You can log in to CEAC account using Case No. and Invoice Id . There is provision in that to contact NVC. Write case numbers and Invoice Id of both your parents and tell them your problem. Do it as early as possible. Check your contact information and check your email id which you have provided. It could have happened that the IL was sent on wrong email address. You really have to act urgently.

My parent's DQ date is 26th March 2021. We are in a same boat. Awaiting the IL from NVC. However, My dad got the Termination Notice from NVC and his CEAC case shows that all documents invalid and pay fees again and resubmit documents. However, I was able to call NVC and talked with the representative. She said it is a technical glitch. They will rectify it. Has this happened to anyone?

Yes, separate letters for my parents. I was able to create two different accounts and get two appointments for them. Should be good. Next step is to get appointment for medical exam.

Dear Monika1990, if the priority dates of your mom and dad are same, then most likely they will receive the IL for the same date. Jan. 27 is just round the corner, hopefully you will hear from the NVC within this month. There is nothing you can do about getting the letter for the same date, and keep your fingers crossed. Dear shrutipshah, I have been following the updates in the forum for a while. But what you mention is totally unheard off. I am sure that this was indeed a technical glitch and the NVC should be able to rectify the same. Our DQ date is March 23, 2021. We should get our IL around the same time as you would. DQ + 460 (give & take 10 days) should be your notification date (IL) for interview as per current trend and another about 20 days (plus or minus 5days) for interview.

Dear Lobby57, in January this year, when my sister and her husband went for the interview their 15 month old PCC was not accepted. They had to submit a fresh PCC and subsequently they got their visa. However, very recently we saw in the forum that someone with a one and a half year old PCC was accepted. It seems that the NVC website somewhere states that the validity of the PCC is two years. Playing safe I have already obtained a fresh PCC for self and my wife.
