For those folks who ended up needing Sputum test, do you know what tests were done on your family members which led to the need for Sputum test? Also, once you are asked to do Sputum test, how long it takes before you can get another appointment? Based on internet, Sputum test itself is quite quick.

I read on the website of reli clinic that if sputum test is done, the appointment is automatically cancelled and then a new appointment is scheduled if negative by the embassy automatically.
SPUTUM FOLLOW UP CASES :
Applicant’s whose Chest X-Ray shows significant abnormalities will be sent for a Sputum culture test at Lilavati Hospital.
They would have to give 3 early morning sputum samples on three consecutive days. The candidate is required to go fasting (without drinking water, eating food or brushing teeth) for the test. The charges for the tests will be borne by Rele Clinic.
The results for the sputum culture report takes 8 to 9 weeks to complete. The reports will be directly sent to Rele Clinic. If the reports are negative, the applicant’s reports will be submitted to the consulate when the final reports are available. If the reports are positive the applicant will be called / emailed, and informed about the same and will be advised treatment.
The interview for candidates sent for sputum reports is automatically cancelled. The medical reports when completed, for sputum negative candidates, will be sent directly from Rele Clinic to the US Embassy. On receiving it, they will contact the applicant for a new interview date.
The validity of the medical for these applicants, who have undergone sputum culture tests, is three months from the date of the final Sputum culture result.

Dear all, I have booked our medical exam at Delhi for May 11. Our biometrics also at Delhi on May 13.
Earlier I was unable to get to the biometric slot as I was choosing the Embassy Consulate option. We have to choose the All immigrants/ diversity option, I.e. the option at the top. Best wishes to all.

Embassy/Consulate Appointments
These options are intended only for eligible applicants who have received written notification from the U.S. Embassy or Consulate that they must schedule an appointment (except SB-1 appointments).
All Immigrant or Diversity Visas
We are now contacting applicants in all immigrant visa categories and instructing them to make appointments under this option. If you have not been specifically instructed by the Consulate to make an appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.

However, there is one risk in to it. Mumbai monsoon is heavily rainy in June and commuting becomes very hard at times. If by chance you miss your biometrics due to rain or water logging or traffic jam, the consulate will not allow you in for IV interview.

Is there anyone in this forum who has filed for their Parent's Greencard (Petitioner living in the USA and Parents living in Inida), I wanted to know if you had to file two separate I130 for for both parents or one as primary and other parents can immigrate with the primary applicant as dependent?
