I believe you can call on the helpline numbers and request to change the delivery option. We had opted for passport pick up option. Yet, we received mail twice, before interview, from ustraveldocs.com, suggesting the ways to change to premium delivery if we want. Here is the copy of the mail.
"In light of increasing COVID cases across the country, keeping in mind the social distancing norms and the safety of our applicants, we would like to inform you of the availability of the optional Premium Delivery Service at a convenience fee of βΉ 650/- per passport.
If you wish to avail this service, please follow the below steps to update your delivery address.
1. Login into the profile on - https://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/en
2. Click on βChange Document Delivery Informationβ on the dashboard and proceed further.
3. Change your document delivery option and click on βContinueβ.
4. Logout from the profile."
