1. I will carry my daughter original birth certificate and photocopy of her passport or driver's license. Is that OK? I cant carry original as she is in US.
2. I will carry photocopy of my sisters passport or driver's license. Is that OK? I cant carry original as she is in US.
3. I wil carry photocopy of latest W2 ans IRS transcript of my sister. Is that OK?
4. I had a green card earlier which i surrendered. Will that make any difference in interview questioning?
5. I was in USA for 10 years. Will the interview officer ask for police clearance from US? I will be taking original India police clearance that was uploaded to NVC.
Also someone please give me link to the interview questions.
Thanks a lot
1. You must carry original birth certificate for your daughter. You still have time and you can get in FedEx from USA within a week. (Photocopy of passport and driver license are not acceptable)
2. You do not have to carry your sister's passport copy or driver license. Sponsor's details must ne uploaded when your daughter filled out I-864.
3. Please carry/upload copy of 2022 tax return form since transcript will not be available until June 2023. Also carry/upload 2023 employment letter for sister and daughter.
4. You might get questioned about your previous green card.
5. They will definitely ask about USA police clearance since you were there for 10 years, I have seen multiple cases in this forum where people have lived in London in the past they were asked for police clearance from London. So be prepared to get one from USA or start the process, if you can get on time.

Will the passport be mailed after the interview to our Chennai address or does she need to stay extra few days in Mumbai to pick it up? We would prefer if the passport was mailed to our address in chennai, if that's helpful. Thanks in advance!
The passport is invariably sent to the address or the pickup location that you want. At the time of fixing the Biometrics appointment one has to decide about the passport delivery/pickup. One has to pay Rs.650 for the passport delivery/pickup. Ask your mom or whoever filled up the request for the biometrics. Best wishes.

You can have the same slot for the biometrics. I am sure their interview slots at Mumbai would be same.
Best wishes.
Now I have created ONLY ONE account on ustraveldocs.com for my father and added my mother into the same account and set up their OFC visit together.
How was your experience last year as you mentioned that you also had one account and scheduled 2 person together(with 2 different case ID) ? Did you have any trouble at fingerprinting due to this ?
Please let me know as I have 20 days left for OFC appointment.
Thank you sir.

For biometric, I have created only one account on ustraveldocs for one parent and added other as dependent and took Biometric appointment together for both of them.
So did you remember to have any issue on the day of biometric. I have received the confirmation email where it states number of applicant : 2, and on second page there are 2 barcodes and name with their own DS 260 confirmation page and UID number.
can you please check and let me know from your experience.
Thanks

I did exactly same and received one confirmation email with 2 different barcodes on the second page. There were no issues in getting the fingerprint done. It only took 15 minutes.

You do not need to carry original passport and driver license for petitioner.

If you have filed 2022 tax return and forms are available then you should upload on CEAC site and carry copy at the interview along with 2023 employment letter.
