To whom it may concern:
I have a wife in Philippines, that is trying to get residency in USA, is the Form G-325A, Biographic Information, is this for me or her. Does she need to fill this out as I am already a USA citizen, have been since birth. I understand me filling out the top portion, but she is the applicant correct. I can come and go as I please to USA, as I do often. HELP!!!!
