Hello. My mother's IV expired before she was able to travel to US because of the coronavirus pandemic. Who do I contact to renew/extend the date?

apd1231 Happened to us. But this was like 10 years ago. We couldn't travel for a whole lot different reason. We had to kind of re-apply and pay visa fees (Not the original petition by sponsorer but visa processing fees). And then USCIS systems and processes took 3-4 extra years with several medical checkups and passport submissals followed by administrative processing holds (Similar to 221g for non-immigrant visa). Seeing the delays, we finally had to take help of an immigration consultant in my home country who charged pretty steep fee but his advice (100% legal) was pretty helpful for us and here I am a citizen
