Hello,
I want to get you help. I had my I-140 approved on employment based with PD of 2011 India born EB3. I don't live in the US and don't work for the same employer. Now, I have received a letter from NVC asking to pay the fee to process and as I understand that if I don't do anything I live lose my spot in the line for PD for which I have waited for more than 10 years.
I want to change my application from NVC to USCIS, do you know if that will affect my visits to the US on B1/B2 visa? And how long does this process (from NVC to USCIS) take? My application with NVC will end in October 1.
Please let me know, I really appreciate your help.
