Adding spouse to application

Hello guys,

My first time posting but I had a question regarding Immigrant visa application. We petitioned for our dad to get immigrant visa in USA and now his application is all done and we are waiting for an interview. I thought my mom would be automatically become a part of the application (pardon my ignorance), but what can I do now to make sure she is also a part of visa and approval?

You need to separately petition your mom to immigrate. Parents of US citizens are in the Immediate Relative category, which cannot have derivative beneficiaries.
