Hi Immi help I have a small issue which is, My father is a green card holder and his green card was issues this year and he also applied for me and my mom for green card and my mom's I-824 petition was approved recently, the problem is we recently received mail from NVC an invoice in the name of my mom and me saying pay the fee and send the required documents for visa processing, I am totally confused as I didn't get any approval or any letter stating my status and more over I am 25 years old but when my dad applied for me I was only 16 so if I want to qualify for the GC will the CSPA help me to qualify.....
