consular processing for parents of USC - what is the application process?

I'm a USC, and am currently filling out the i-130 application for my mom who is an Australia citizen, also currently residing in Australia.
It looks like only the i-130 is fileable online. What are the next steps after I file i-130? I thought there were other forms, including Affidavit of Support?
I tried searching the forum for a step by step, but have come up blank...
Can someone walk me through the forms and the application process? I'm so confused!

Hi,
Here is steps for Family based GC in consular processing.
1. File I-130 Immigrant petition
2. Once Immigrant petition is Approved next NVC Processing.
3. Once you receive welcome letter from NVC next Pay Processing fees.
4.Complete a form I-864 Affidavit of Support
5.Collect Financial Evidence and other Supporting documents
6. Complete Form DS 260
7. Collect Civil documents
8. Upload all necessary documents in CEAC portal
9. Complete Medical Examination
10. Ready for interview
