Hi,
I've submitted an N600k for both my kids (we live abroad) through the online e-file system.
It was back in Dec19. We only received a receipt notice since and nothing else. I don't have a number to call as it's not a field office, and every ticket I submit online recieves the same auto reply "you have submitted your application at..."
How can I know the real status of the case? If something is missing, if someone is actually handling this? Covid aside, is it normal for this to take more than 15 months without anyone talking to us (on my husband GC process we were approached several times for documents etc).
