Interviews for EB1 visa in mumbai consulate

Hi Robo81 and all friends of the EB1 community, Please share if you have any updates on the NVC processing of your cases for the Interview?. It looks like EB1 is left out in a limbo.
When I checked the monthly immigrant visa statistics report it shows the numbers processed as 20 for E1 visa, 7 for E2 visa and 133 for E3 visas in December 2021. I am a little confused . Can anyone help explaining these . My guess is that they refer to the EB1, 2 and 3 categories? . I appreciate your insights on thses.

Hi Cheli - the numbers are progressing quite well. The reason I say is that the EB1 has progressed till July 2020 and all those within that timeline have got their ILs. This month it would be interesting to see if they progress upto Dec 2020 or beyond. Which is why I wanted to know if people like Ajio have received their ILs in this group.

Hi Robo81 ,

For E1 visas as I shared previously it shows the numbers processed as 20 for December 2021 and here in this website it shows the the backlog pool as 34 which is not very bad as I thought it would be. It is just up to the consular officers to pick up the pace and clear all the E1 interviews in a month or two may be. So fingers crossed and pray this be true.

Also all other friends please do share if you receive any emails from the NVC for the interview.

Hi, where did you receive the backlog numbers for EB1 alone ? I know that EB numbers aren't much so let's be hopeful that they clear it in few months...
jacobnvc has received the IL , cleared it and has reached the US. I know that since I was in touch.
About Ajio he should have received it as well...

Hi Robo81 , I pasted the link to the website but somehow I don't see it now. I checked the numbers for the EB1 on the graph with the immigrant visa statistics doc on the Us embassy site and it matched and was quite confident that it was true.

Hi Cheli, thanks for sharing but I am not able to understand the graph. For example- It says the number of visas issued for E13 in Dec 21 is 0 but the actual number is 20. So not sure what he is depicting in this graph.
Anyway, let's keep hoping that the numbers will exponentially increase for our category and we all get our ILs soon.

Is it E1 or E13?
