Thanks all, no they did not ask for marriage pics as my family is accompanying me. I think that is asked only in follow to join cases.

And dgchem - yes i do as i am EB1c and have been working for th same company for the past 5 years.

Hi all, pleased to inform you that my visa got approved today. I reached consulate at about 7 am. Entered inside by 7:15 and got out by 9. It was pretty quick. When i entered an Indian officer took all my documents like birth certificate, marriage certificate, job offer letter and ds 260 confirmation stamped by vac. Then I waited for my interview turn and was called in about 30 mins.
I was asked about my Job responsibilities, how many years have I been with the same employer, previous travel and similar years of experience with same domain. Even my wife was asked about her previous travel, educational qualification and job experience.

Then he said the golden words that visa is approved..

Overall quick and pleasant..the officer was nice.

I got into this unique cgi problem which is frustrating. I have created separate profiles for my wife and son. I am able to find appointment vfs for them. But after my call with the customer care, my original profile went to our last visa appointment at chennai as we are called for an interview for O3 drop box. After a year, we got those appointments in feb and visa is issued. Now it shows again to book follwoup 221g appointment and doesn’t change. I ported my profile to a new email and it is still the same. I called and emailed, the clueless and useless customer care keeps telling me that I should book chennai consulate appointment which was already done!! Interview is on 18th and we are loosing time. Not sure what to do!! Any thoughts?

Hi mmkk86, So sorry to hear about the confusion with the profiles. I am not sure how to deal with this other than calling the customer service. Try adding your profile in your wife's log in with a different email ID. I too had the same issue and they asked my dependents to create their profiles separately as you have done and asked me to delete their profiles from my log in.
