When NVC sends out the IL's, how much advance notice does it provide? is it one month or two months notice?

Hi All,

My application is at NVC. Earlier when I used to login to ceac.com/IV, I could see a option to pay the fees. we have sent a query to NVC to add my new born son to the case, after a week when I try to check the status it says fees not paid. and option is also disabled.

Does anyone has experience related to it?

You will need to email them on their query email. My lawer sent them a email, now waiting for the response.

Thank you for your response. We have sent a request via inquiry form. It says the waiting period for getting a response is around 50 days!

DQ is documentary qualified stage.

Is there anyone who has knowledge of EB3 IL's being sent?

Once the visa is stamped, can we opt of direct collection of the passport instead of receiving it via courier? How many days does it take to collect the passport?

Can I ask you how you added your profile onto your wife's to get the appointment? because my spouse is trying the same, to get added onto our daughter's profile but it says the DS160 number does not match though it is asking for the DS260 confirmation number on the "add applicant page". Not sure why this error is popping up. We added the right DS260 confirmation number and then when we hit continue it gives that message. So thought of reaching out to you to see what you did if that can help me.

I am able to get thorough this issue by calling the customer service. I am good. Now i dont find any slots available for biometric.

krishnanks were you able to get slots for your biometric ? Please share!

sjchn I am not aware of the biometrics for EB1A, my interview letter does not mention anything about that, can you please advise?
