After "OPTIN", question regarding ds-230

Do I need to include the original pdf letter they sent me with instructions or should I just attach the filled out ds-230 + civil documents with the email?
Secondly, the scanned copies of all the civil documents I have, should I make them all a single PDF file along with the DS230 form or is it okay to sperate these out into seperate PDF files? One for Ds-230, one for police certificate, etc.
Also for photographs...I'm assuming I'll have to take these with me when I get called up for the interview?
