Please give some input on my situation
I have an approved I140 under EB1 EA (did self filing under PP and approved in 45 days after RFE). My priority date is February 2010 which is current always (as EB-1). I have lost my job (university post-doc) and had to return to India (do not want to be out of status).
Now, my questions are
Can I do CP now from India? If so what is the procedure and required documents?
Do I need a job offer for this?
Do I need approved H1B along with job offer? Thanks.
