Hi All,
I (US Citizen) am currently filling out the I-130 for Dad to obtain permanent residence. When I was born he and Mom were not or never married however he has been married to another lady since I was 8 years old. I am doing the online version of the application and a few questions are baffling me.
1. The Question 17 asks "How many times has the beneficiary (My DAD) been married?" should his current marriage be counted as 1?
2.Under Evidence Section , I have US passport, Birth certificate but it asks for parent's marriage certificate though my DAD and Mom were never married. What should I Do here please ? My Dad is currently married to another lady my stepmom .
3. The question that asks "are you submitting separate petitions for other relatives ? whenever I say YES it doesn't give the step parent option.. however she is my stepmom. what should I do pls
