Renouncing US Citizenship

We were citizens of INDIA by birth and my wife acquired her USC 2 years back thro' Immigration (GC) as I was out of US due to personal/health reasons . Since I got my USC this month, she would like to renounce her's as both of us agreed not to be USC for personal reasons . Hence kindly advise If she renounce USC, how about getting OR applying INDIA citizenship ? Will she get ?
How about visiting US along with me at later stage ? She never cancelled nor surrendered her INDIA passport till date
