Hello,
I just received my G325A (green card sponsor spouse green card) receipt from USCIS and the country of birth on the receipt says: Taiwan, Province of China. But according to the USCIS memo dated 12/1/2008, Taiwanese people have the right to call our country "Taiwan", not Taiwan, China.
If I call USCIS to correct this (so that in the future when i receive my greencard, it will not say Taiwan China), would this action delay my green card process?
Please kindly help.
