Hello,
My mother-in-law I filed an I-130 Petition Form for her single daughter over 21 years living in Guyana. She listed her daughter's son (her grandson) on the the same petition stating that he was her grandchild.
She received a decision letter stating her grandson was denied. He was listed as the daughter's son on the petition.
Should she file an appeal or file a separate I-130 Petition Form for her grandson? Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
