USCIS Requested DNA Test

Hello sir,

My father petitioned i-130 for me and my family.USCIS send me ref and ask me to send my birth certificate. I send birth certificate not available document and a sworn affidavit signed by my mother.now USCIS send me ref and ask to go through a DNA test.sir,can i send any other document for my birth proof,also my father don't use our family name but i have his name in my passport with our family name.please guide what to do....?

If they asked you to do DNA test, you will have to do that.

Ok Sir,in my school certificate and in my passport our sirname is written with my name and with my father's name,and my father don't use the sirname,also in form I-130 MY our siname is written only with my name,our sirname is used only in my school certificate and in my passport,because passport was made on the basis of school certificate,in other documents like my pan card bank account,i also don't write my sirname,do we need to submit any document with DNA report.
