F3 category visa interview

My file category F3 was DQ approved on June 11, 2020 still haven't received anything. I am seeing visa interview dates for IR and EB category for DQ date in beginning of July,2020. Does anyone know in what order does the embassy schedule visa appointments? Is it by the type of category or is it on first come basis once its approved from NVC?

i am still waiting for an interview for DQ march 2020. They're still working on backlog. I believe they are still working on interview for DQ august 2019.
