IR5 Medical checkup and issuance of report

Hi Guys

Got a question about Medical checkup. I will have to get my father's medical checkup in Mumbai. He will have his interview in Mumbai as well. Does the hospital send the report to the consulate directly or my father must stay in Mumbai until the report is ready & collect it personally?

Is it usually advisable to do all 3 in 1 Mumbai visit
1. Get medical checkup
2. Get report
3. Appear for interview

Before the visa interview your father will be required to do Biometrics as well in Mumbai.

You don't need to carry the report. Hospital will send it to consulate

i am doing medical and fingerprint in Delhi and final interview in Mumbai . i hope there is no issue in doing so ?
