Hi Team,
I have attended my immigrant visa interview in chennai consulate on sept 22nd 2010.
The visa officer said that my visa is approved but the file is moving to administrative processing and would take some weeks of time to courier the passport.
I have not any kind of pink, blue color of paper from the visa officer.
Just wondering if I have not got those color letters - does this state that my visa will not take much time for administrative processing.
My wife is a US citizen and my visa type is IR-1, do they give priority to these files or they consider it like the same other cases.
Please advise.
