Of the xxx,xxx DC cases that require interviews, is it possible to determine how many of these cases are for immigrant interviews at the Mumbai consulate?
Also, my case has been documentarily complete since 10/2021..any idea of when I might have an interview?
Background: Approved 601-A waiver, residing in the U.S. since 1986, overstayed B-1/B-2, petitioner is my father, unmarried child over 21 of a U.S. citizen.
I’m assuming I wouldn’t need a police certificate since I’ve been in the U.S. for most of my existence?
