Hello I am a US citizen married to a woman from Kenya. Our marriage is recognized by the Kenyan government (foreign affairs) but she has yet to travel to the US. I applied for her USCIS papers but made a mistake and sent the beneficiary's photos instead of the petitioners photo (a pic of her not me) and the application was rejected. So I started the process over last October and we have yet to hear an answer back from them as of March (5 months).
When we call USCIS we don't get any answers they just tell us to wait for another letter or email. What should we do to possibly speed up the process? And is there anything we can do to help with her immigration process for a green card?
