I have Green Card and petitioned for my (unmarried under 21) child. I'm not working so my pay is 0.
I'm living with my little girl and her significant other (child in-regulation) in USA.
My little girl is on joblessness and needs more pay also.
In any case, my child in-regulation's pay is adequate.
The inquiry is how could I fill my I-864 structure? Would it be advisable for me to make reference to my child in-regulation or simply my girl?
Do my little girl needs to finish up I-864 independently or I-864A?
Do my child in-regulation likewise required independent I-864 or I-864A?
