My daughter's interview

Can you help me?

My wife and I have petitioned for my daughter to get her permanent green
card (which I have,my wife is American)...She's a minor coming from Russia
in two weeks on a travel visa she was granted from her American Embassy
interview this past summer.

My question is that she is only coming for a couple of weeks as she's still
in school. Time wise we need to finalize any interviews etc she needs within
the time she is here.

Is this possible to schedule an interview at the NY immigration office?

She will not immigrate here until her permanent card has been issued so
she'll return to Russia after this visit.

Please advise.
