Dear sir,
My son has applied for G/C for me and my husband concurrent filing of I-130 and I-485.as we are presently in US on visitor visa.
My finger print has not been clear and I have been advised to appear for second time . I doubt whether the second tme,it will get Okayed since Iam aged 64 yrs and my palm is wornout . We hold Indian passports
1.I have not applied for I-131,parole visa. If my second finger printing is not okayed , what will be the next step? My husband got interview and okayed for G/C in the meantime. he may receive shortly.
2.My I-94 expires by Oct 8th, Can I stay until my I-485 is approved?
3.Some say we have to get Police Clearance certificate from India for the past 5 yrs. I contacted on fried of my son whose mother had similar problem. But she was not asked PCC. she was called for Interview. They are citizens of Hungary.
