1. i am petitioning my parents and my 2 children..but not my wife..now on the part 5(21c) said that if you are currently married you have to enter 1 for your spouse.my question is do i have to enter 1 for my spouse even im not petitioning her?

2. on part 6(25)of the federal income tax return information..do i need to enter the federal tax return for the last 3 years?
