How do I track my E1 Immigrant Visa Category Priority Date on Visa Bulletin

My Spouse lives in Texas, United States. Her EB1A adjustment of status was approved in June 2020 and she received her Green Card subsequently.
Meanwhile, She also file Form I-824 for me to join her in United States from Nigeria, and it has been approved.

Currently, the case is with NVC. Few days ago, NVC sent a mail to me to inform me that my case has been place on a queue waiting to be scheduled for interview at Lagos Embassy in Nigeria

Can someone tell me How to track my Priority Date on Visa Bulletin?
How do I know when my Priority Date becomes current on the Visa Bulletin?

My PD is 25-MAY-2018
My Visa Category is E1

I cannot locate my Visa Category (E1) on the Visa Bulletin.

On the visa bulletin https://www.immihelp.com/may-2022-visa-bulletin/ for this month, EB1 (employment-based 1st preference) is current for all countries.

I understand that even if your PD is current, the consulate may take months before scheduling an interview. If your PD is not current (retrogression) when you get your interview and approve your visa, they can't give you one. I don't think is likely for your PD to not stay current.

Do you mean spouse of Eb1 using follow-to-join (824) also comes under Eb1 category & not F2A?

That's right. Derivative beneficiaries have the same category and priority date as the principal beneficiary.
